What happens next

Messages are triaged daily. We reply to everything within two business days, and faster when an animal is at risk. You will get a reference number as soon as you send this form.

If it is an emergency

This form is not monitored around the clock. If an animal is injured, in immediate danger, or you are witnessing cruelty in progress, call your local animal control, police non-emergency line, or an emergency veterinary hospital first. Then tell us — we can often help with what comes after.

The sanctuary is a working facility, so visits are by appointment only. Use the form to arrange one.

We deliberately do not publish a staff inbox. It keeps volunteer addresses away from scrapers and means nothing gets stranded in one person’s mailbox.
